libgpp4f-dev software package provides development environment for CCP4 compatible programs, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgpp4f-dev
libgpp4f-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgpp4f-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgpp4f-dev *
You will get with libgpp4f-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
